My ghost hunters group is going here on Saturday, August 2nd to take the tour, and do some investigating.  For information on the penitentiary, here's their link: http://www.easternstate.org/

Our investigating will be limited though, as the place is in deep disrepair and they won't let us just wander here and there.  We'll be bringing cameras along, but because it's a public tour, trying to do EVPs, EMF readings and thermoscans will be virtually impossible.

Hopefully we'll have personal experiences, and get something via camera.

ESP is an amazing place to investigate; truly fascinating, and yet frightening at the same time.  Just trying to imagine the lives of the prisoners when the prison was open boggles the mind.  I need to write up some information about the prison, personal experiences and post photos...it's on my To-Do list for this upcoming weekend.

I don't know, but that's what I'm feeling right now. 

We had the open house over the weekend, and only 3 couples showed up.  We figured that the severe thunderstorm warnings being broadcasted in our area effected the turnout.  Maybe, but I found something else that was most likely the cause.

My realtor says I need to reduce the price on the house, after only one month, if I want more buyers to take interest, and get a quick sale.  I decided to do some research and see what houses similiar to mine were going, and selling, for.  Well I finally found my house on the MLS, and steam, fire and lava spewed forth from me.  First off, the house is in the suburbs, the MLS has it located in the city, and not a good area.  Next, it has listed that the house has only one bedroom and one bathroom....we have FIVE bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.  No wonder no one wants to look at the house, for the price we're asking....only 1 bedroom listed...sheesh!!!

Aaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh!!!!

Told my hubby who then left an angry message on the realtor's cellphone.  Can't wait till she calls back; wonder how she intends on fixing this mighty f***up.
